It’s 2015 and two mates just spent a decade grinding it out in
New York. They’re back in Sydney and something’s dead wrong, they can’t find a proper deli sandwich anywhere.

No pastrami that melts in your mouth. No bagels with that perfect cheese. No guy behind the bodega counter giving them grief while slapping together the best sandwich they’ve ever had.

So they did what any rational humans would do and opened up their own spot. One had actually worked behind a deli counter in New York. The other brought finance chops and could also cook (useful combo, turns out).

Brooklyn Bridge Deli was born… Fast-forward to today and they are slinging hot deli food and saving Australia one sandwich at a time.
